If you would like to stay on base in one of our dormitories or family rooms, please let us know as soon as possible as space is limited! // Si desea alojarse en la base en uno de nuestros dormitorios o habitaciones familiares por favor háganoslo saber tan pronto como sea posible, ¡hay espacios limitados!
If staying on base // Si se queda en la base
Remember to bring: // Recuerde traer:
Personal toiletries, bed sheets, blanket, pillow (individual mattress), bath towel, snacks that can be sealed (please no produce or open food in the dormitories) // ArtÃculos de aseo personal, sábanas, cobertor y almohada. (colchón individual), toalla de baño, aperitivos que se puedan sellar (por favor, no cocine ni abra alimentos en los dormitorios)
Shared space // Espacio compartido
Please remember that if you are staying on base you will be in shared and communal spaces, please adhere to the following guidelines;
- Under 5min showers
- respect other peoples sleep in the dormitories and once lights are out a quiet atmosphere
- appropriate clothing to be worn from bathroom to dormitories
- do not enter dormitory of opposite gender
-keep the space clean (clean up after yourself)
Por favor, recuerde que si usted se está quedando en la base va a estar en espacios compartidos y comunales, por favor, cumplir con las siguientes normas;
- Duchas de menos de 5 minutos
- respete el sueño de los demás en los dormitorios y, una vez apagadas las luces, un ambiente tranquilo
- Llevar ropa adecuada desde el baño hasta los dormitorios
- no entrar en los dormitorios del sexo opuesto
- mantener limpio el espacio (limpiar lo que se ensucie)

HOTEL OPTIONS // OPCIONES DE HOTELES
If you would like to stay at the Hotel where we will be providing transport (Altavista Hotel) please message us through the contact page or email gregjhildebrandt@gmail.com as there is a discount available for those who are staying for the Kaleo Family Gathering. NB. You will pay the first nights' cost when you checkin, and the rest of the bill at checkout. If you cancel, please do so at least a week before your checkin date, or you will be charged for a cancellation fee which is the cost of one nights stay.
Please note the hotel is at your own cost, but the transport to and from the Hotel to Kaleo Jacinto López at the beginning and end of the day is provided by the Kaleo Reynosa Team.

Si desea alojarse en el hotel donde proporcionaremos transporte (el hotel Altavista), por favor envíenos un mensaje a través de la página de contacto o envíe un correo electrónico a gregjhildebrandt-gmail.com ya que hay un descuento disponible para aquellos que se alojen para la reunión familiar Kaleo. NB. Hay que pagar la primer noche al momento de check-in, y pagar la factura final al momento de check.out. Si tienes que cancelar, que sea al menos 1 semana antes del check-in o tendrás que pagar una multa por demora de 1 noche de estadía.
Tenga en cuenta que el hotel es a su propio costo, pero el transporte desde y hacia el hotel a Kaleo Jacinto López al principio y al final del día es proporcionado por el equipo de Kaleo Reynosa.
